Typical turnaround time is 10 business days. Please call us as our schedule can allow for shorter production times.

What is the quote process?

Submit Artwork and Quantity Information : Provide us with your artwork and the quantity needed. Receive Quote and Mockup : We will email you a quote along with a mockup of your design. Review and Request Adjustments : If any changes are needed, let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments. Accept the Quote : Once you’re satisfied with the mockup, accept the quote. Invoice Creation : An invoice will be generated and sent to you for acceptance. Payment : After accepting the invoice, you can pay it directly or arrange for an alternative payment method.

When does your typical 10-day turnaround time begin?

The turnaround time begins when we have received 100% of the payment.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Yes, we offer rush order services for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping through out the United States and Canada through various carriers. Shipping costs will be included in your quote.

What is the least amount of garments I can order?

We accommodate all order sizes. Contact us for the best garment decorating options for your order size and artwork. Embroidery: Minimum order is 12 units.
